Star Wings is a free Flash-based vertical scrolling space shoot ’em up developed by Media Contact. In this game you will control a heavy space destroyer. You must fight against aliens that are trying to invade the Earth. Their spaceships will come towards you from top to bottom, and you need to destroy every one of them. To do that, you will need to click repeatedly the left button of your mouse, firing your weapons at them while moving from one side of the field to the other (thus you will avoid being hit by the enemy’s fire). As you destroy their spaceships, some of them will release power-ups. These will help you complete your mission, as they will give you extra points, extra armor protection, more efficient weapons, etc.
At the end of each wave, you will have to defeat a boss spaceship. Every time you manage to do that, you will be promoted to a next level. You can play this game in Easy, Normal or Hard modes. You have only one life, and the game will start again every time you lose it.
